Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized travel plans
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Deliver tailored, data-driven recommendations that align client objectives with budgetary requirements
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation
