Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Coordinate with various parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience supervising and running construction projects
- Ability to lead projects of $15 million plus
- BIM and coordination management experience
- Capable of managing multiple projecs and project teams simultaneously
- Strong ability to map out how each process should function for maximum efficiency
- Excels at organization, time management, problem-solving, and managing a budger
- Experience with construction project management software
