Mitigation Estimator (In-Office)
Bryn Mawr, PA (Training in Overbrook, PA)
Full-Time | $60,000 – $75,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity
Eagle Staffing Company is partnering with a rapidly growing restoration services client to hire a Mitigation Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is expanding its footprint and building a centralized estimating hub to support multiple locations.

You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely estimates across a variety of mitigation projects—including fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses—while helping drive consistency and operational excellence across the organization.

Location Details

  • Initial training will take place in Overbrook, PA (first few weeks)
  • Permanent role will be based in a newly established office in Bryn Mawr, PA

What You'll Do

  • Write and manage detailed mitigation estimates (not reconstruction) using Xactimate
  • Scope losses across fire, water, mold, and biohazard projects
  • Ensure all estimates meet carrier guidelines and compliance standards
  • Handle high-volume estimating across multiple locations
  • Maintain thorough documentation and accurate file management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Mitigation Estimator in the restoration industry
  • Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required)
  • Solid understanding of scoping, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Experience working with TPA programs and insurance carriers
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
