Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support Safely assist transfers bathing grooming toileting and mobilityalways protecting dignity.

• Home Environment & Infection Control Change linens do light laundry and maintain a hazard-free sanitized space.

• Medication & Symptom Monitoring Provide reminders observe for changes and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.

• Therapeutic Engagement Read aloud reminisce guide range-of-motion exercises or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.

• Accurate Documentation Record care notes progress and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).

• Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to reach clients homes.

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

• Clear confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
