Job Title: EHR Clinical Informatics Manager - Post Acute Care
Location: Boston MA - Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EHR Clinical Informatics Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of clinical information systems, with a primary focus on PointClickCare (PCC) across post-acute care facilities. This role will serve as the liaison between clinical operations, IT, leadership, and vendor partners to improve clinical workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, support system upgrades, and drive successful EHR implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, support, and optimize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical information systems.
Collaborate with clinicians, facility leadership, IT teams, and vendors to implement system enhancements and workflow improvements.
Lead EHR implementations, upgrades, conversions, testing, and go-live activities.
Provide Tier I end-user support, troubleshoot application issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Coordinate clinical system configuration, data validation, reporting, and documentation.
Support interface monitoring, application maintenance, and system integrations.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, organizational governance, and change management processes.
Develop policies, procedures, training materials, and mentor end users on system functionality.
Manage multiple clinical IT projects while meeting timelines and business objectives.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience with Clinical Information Systems, EHR implementations, and healthcare applications.
Minimum 2 years of PointClickCare (PCC) administration/support experience.
Strong knowledge of EHR workflows, clinical operations, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
Experience with software implementations, testing, validation, and production support.
Strong project management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, vendors, and IT teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, change management, and healthcare reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred/required.
PointClickCare (PCC) certification or equivalent clinical application certification is a plus.
Registered Nurse license (active and unencumbered) preferred/required based on organizational standards;
PointClickCare (PCC) or other applicable clinical system proficiency or certification preferred.
