Job Title: Machine Operator / Medical Device Assembler

Location: Sylmar, CA

Job Description:

• Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical devices such as pacemakers and related components.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Maintain accurate production, documentation, and quality records.
• Use computers and electronic systems to track production data and materials.
• Handle small parts carefully and ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities.
• Communicate issues, updates, and solutions with supervisors and team members.
• Follow strict gowning, hygiene, dress code, and contamination control requirements.
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
