Corporate / M&A Associate Attorney

A well-established and respected law firm in West Palm is seeking a Corporate / M&A Associate Attorney to join its growing transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated middle-market and strategic transactions while gaining meaningful responsibility and client exposure.

What You'll Do

- Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex corporate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents
- Conduct and manage legal due diligence for M&A transactions
- Assist with entity formation, governance, and general corporate matters
- Work closely with partners and clients to structure transactions and manage deal timelines
- Collaborate with tax, finance, and other practice groups as needed

What We're Looking For

- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 3+ years of corporate and/or M&A transactional experience
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, client-facing communication style
