Digital Consultants seeks an IT Help Desk Specialist to support Information Technology (IT) Help Desk Services for the Joint Modernization Command (JMC) at Fort Bliss, Texas. This role serves as an on-site technician, responsible for providing hands-on technical support and assisting with day-to-day help desk operations in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The selected candidate will support service delivery by actively troubleshooting and resolving issues across desktop systems, network connectivity, and user support, and will assist in both steady-state operations and Live Field Experiment events. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with required certifications and security requirements, accurately documenting and tracking service requests, and ensuring reliable support of Windows-based environments and enterprise applications aligned with JMC's mission needs.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary dependent upon experience/qualifications, depending on experience.
