Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving revenue and building strong client relationships within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event planning.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agents, event planners, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Revenue Management: Collaborate with revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Planning: Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events and conferences.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
