Our Dropship and vendor flex network operates over 5000+ facilities across the United States and provides a cost-effective supply chain solution for the core Amazon Fulfillment Network. With this growing network, the Alternate fulfillment Transportation (AFT) Team is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own the strategy and optimization of our Customer Experience.


In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the overall customer experience by closely partnering with our Operations Team and Carrier Partners. You will own the primary metrics on delivery experience and on-time shipping to ensure that we provide a high level of on time shipments to our customers. Along with performance management, you will also be responsible for the strategy and optimization cost by focusing on new initiatives that drive overall improvements to the customer experience.






Key job responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience strategy and optimization for Alternate fulfillment Transportation.
  • Partner with Operations and carriers to root cause and solve shipment performance related issues.
  • Own the Cost optimization and key Metrics for cost
  • Identify process optimization opportunities to cut the cost and improve efficiency
  • Work with the cross functional product teams to launch the optimal products for cutting cost
  • Manage the OP goal on cost and build glide path to achieve the goal


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
