The Consulting Services division of RubinBrown LLP provides strategic guidance to clients across many industries and business units. An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Intern will perform work in the following areas:

• Consulting engagements to assist clients in technology planning selection of software/vendors implementation of selected software and navigating corporate changes like business expansion mergers or acquisitions.

A Business Process Improvement (BPI) Intern will perform work in the following areas:

• Consulting engagements to assist clients in process redesign to increase efficiency reduce cost and increase performance as well as change management and implementation of automation.
• Creating process documentation preparing for client presentations and performing data analytics.

Responsibilities include:

• Communicate professionally productively and efficiently with team members and clients.
• Perform assigned tasks independently under the guidance and feedback of other team members as needed.
• Manage time effectively organizing work across multiple assignments.
• Apply critical thinking/problem solving skills and technical/functional expertise to assigned projects.
• Assist in preparing accurate high-quality deliverables for clients according to firm standards and deadlines.
• Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Adobe audit and data analytics tools to analyze client information and data document processes and create client-ready materials.
• Apply critical thinking/problem solving skills and technical/functional expertise to work.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills

• Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting
• Planned graduation (with ability to start a full-time role) May 2028 or earlier
• Coursework or minor Finance Economics Information Technology Management Consulting and/or Supply Chain Management a plus.
• Ability and desire to travel domestically to client sites including consecutive weeknights

Working Conditions

• This is an in-person/hybrid position which will include work at our office clients offices in the local market and domestic travel to clients offices.
• The typical schedule is 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship. Reduced hours are arranged on a case-by-case basis.
• Typical business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a commitment to flexibility and work-life balance. The working schedule for this position will be discussed and finalized with candidates upon successful hiring.
• Must be able to travel for up to 4 consecutive nights.

The hourly range displayed is specifically for those potential applicants who will work or reside in the state of Colorado Nevada or Illinois if selected for the role.

This position is a seasonal role with limited benefits eligibility unless required by local state or federal law.
