Sous Chef

Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menus for events
• Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and portion control techniques
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage food costs and inventory in the back of house
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations

Required Skills:

• Menu planning experience
• Strong knife skills
• Knowledge of portion control
• Experience in food quality management
• Ability to manage food costs effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in banquet catering
• Knowledge of menu development
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques
• Understanding of catering operations
• Experience in food and beverage management

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30,320.00
• Maximum Salary: $46,180.00
• Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vacation Leave
