Senior Social Media & Marketing Associate | Work from Home | Must be located in San Diego, CA

We are a boutique creative and marketing agency serving brands in real estate, aesthetic medicine and hospitality, and we have a high bar. We build systems, strategies, and stories that move the needle for our clients, and we need someone who holds that standard with us.

This role is for someone who wakes up thinking about social media, has strong opinions about what makes content actually work, and knows how to manage multiple clients.

What You'll Own

You'll serve as the day-to-day point of contact and creative engine for a portfolio of luxury clients.

That means:

• Running the full content lifecycle: ideation, creation, scheduling, posting, and performance review
• Writing sharp, on-brand copy that sounds like the client, not like a caption generator
• Designing polished graphics in Canva and editing short-form video for social (or, leveraging our in house designer or video editor! Most important here - you know how to make things look good through execution or direction.)
• Managing client relationships with professionalism and proactive communication. You run the calls, you bring the updates, you anticipate the ask before it's made
• Monitoring trends obsessively and bringing ideas to the table before clients know they need them
• Handling community management, influencer outreach, and cross-platform brand presence
• Reporting on analytics and tying performance back to client KPIs

• Social-media obsessed. You're not just on the platforms, you study them. Your 'saves' on TikTok are a mile long with hacks & tricks! You can tell the difference between content that performs and content that just exists.
• A self-starter. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
• Detail-oriented to a fault. You review everything twice. You set a high bar for your work because you care about quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing — agency experience required
• Must be located in San Diego, CA (client obligations are in San Diego)
• Authorized to work in the United States

The Details

• Full-time | Salary Range starting from $74,000 - $78,000 annually depending on experience
• Incentive compensation bonus plan offered quarterly based on performance
