This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who likes to be in the action, not behind a desk . As a Production Supervisor , you’ll be the person who keeps the operation running smoothly—setting the tone, solving problems in real time, and leading a team that depends on you to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise daily production operations , including machine setup and operation
• Train and coach employees on equipment use, safety, and performance expectations
• Keep production on track while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership
• Address employee issues head-on by investigating concerns and driving solutions
• Support the Production Manager and jump in wherever leadership is needed

What It Takes to Lead Here

• Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA and occupational safety requirements
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• A drive to lead from the front and help build a strong, reliable team
