We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Communicate with clients and potential clients Attend showings Provide prompt feedback Attend home inspections, pre‑closing walkthroughs, and closings The team lead would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing Qualifications Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Professional in attitude and appearance Self‑motivated and able to perform tasks independently Can spend a large amount of time driving To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker.
