Package Operator – $20–$22/hr | Multiple Shifts Available

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Package Operators to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. This position involves working on automated production lines to ensure bottled medications are properly filled, inspected, packaged, and labeled according to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a production/packaging line where bottles are filled with medicine
• Inspect bottles to ensure correct fill levels, labeling, and overall quality
• Package and label finished products per production requirements
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and all safety guidelines
• Each operator will follow a structured training curriculum to learn:
  • New packaging lines
  • Equipment operation
  • Different packaging areas
• Read and understand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each operating line
• Complete required assessments to become signed off on equipment and processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
• Document work performed as required by quality standards

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred (pharma/food is a plus)
• Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous learning
