Orthopedic Spine Surgeon OpportunityOrthoVirginia, the premier orthopedic practice in the state of Virginia, has opportunities for fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible orthopedic Spine Surgeons to join our practice in Richmond, VA.About OrthoVirginia:OrthoVirginia is the premier orthopedic practice in the state of Virginia. We have specialists in physiatry, general orthopedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand and foot & ankle surgery, rheumatology, sports medicine-trained primary care physicians, and physical and occupational therapy. We also have MRI, injection suites, after-hours clinics, surgery centers, and expanded therapy services.Position Overview:The successful candidate will work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy. This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography, productivity, job responsibilities, or other factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
