Job Description Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursing. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Conduct and provide health profiles/screenings, health evaluations, health promotion education, and drug screenings following written/demonstrated protocols. Effectively document interactions and outcomes of employees seen. Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster an effective occupational health, wellness, and safety program. Perform venipuncture or finger sticks. Utilize computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Email). Experience within a manufacturing facility is a plus. Qualifications Minimum education: Associates Degree in Nursing or Medical Assistant (MA). Minimum experience: 5 years of relevant work experience beyond formal education. Work varies; primarily sedentary with some data entry, mainly seeing employees for their yearly lab work. Equipment used: Glucometer, Cardiocheck. Conditions & Physical Demands: Mainly sedentary.
