- Job Description:
The USC Alumni Association is seeking a temporary Marketing Cloud Operations Specialist to provide marketing operations support during a leadership transition.
The specialist will support the execution of email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, assist with the organization and maintenance of marketing assets and data extensions, and help improve overall marketing workflow and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and QA email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and manage Content Builder assets
• Organize and maintain Content Builder folders and Data Extensions
• Support audience selection and deployment of email campaigns
• Assist with marketing workflow documentation and process improvements
• Follow established naming conventions and marketing standards
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and communications teams to meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit marketing is a plus
