Job Title: Invoice Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Invoice Coordinator to join our client to support accurate and timely invoice processing while collaborating closely with accounting and payroll functions. This onsite, temporary opportunity is based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania and plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and workflow efficiency. The position is part time and ideal for a detail oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment. This role contributes directly to smooth accounts payable operations and internal compliance.
Compensation:
$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Part time | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 30 minute lunch
Key Responsibilities of the Invoice Coordinator:

• Support accounts payable operations by reviewing, entering, and tracking invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Partner with the accounts payable lead to maintain organized invoice workflows and meet processing timelines
• Collaborate with the payroll team to align invoice data with payroll and financial records
• Ensure documentation is properly recorded within the financial system to support reporting and audits

Qualifications and Skills for the Invoice Coordinator:

• At least two years of hands on experience in accounts payable, invoice review, or invoice entry functions
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with exposure to Great Plains or similar platforms considered a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage transactional data accurately
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with accounting and payroll partners
