Compensation: $35.00 – $41.00/hr (Base) + Shift Differentials

Available Opportunities & Shifts We are currently filling roles across multiple environments:
- Precision Manufacturing (3rd Shift): Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Focus on CNC machinery, grinding equipment, and steel fabrication.
- High-Volume Food/Beverage (Overnight Rotation): 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Focus on processing, packaging, and high-speed utility systems.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities - Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled PMs on CNC machines, motors, conveyors, and processing equipment.
- Facilities Support: Maintain HVAC systems, perform basic building repairs, and manage forklift/material handling equipment.
- Fabrication: Use welding and machining skills to repair or create parts with precision.
- Documentation: Log activities in CMMS/Maintenance software to track inventory and machine history.
What You Bring to the Table - Experience: 1–2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Technical Savvy: strong knowledge of PLC, motor controls, hydraulics, and/or blueprints/schematics.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in various environments (from air-conditioned tool shops to cold/wet food processing plants).
- Physical Readiness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active (climbing, bending, kneeling) throughout the shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
