The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate personal care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes or care facilities. Works under the supervision of a Client Care Mangers to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: * Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding. * Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and comfort measures. * Take and report vital signs and changes in patient status. * Maintain clean, safe environments and follow infection control practices. * Offer emotional support to patients and families. * Document care and communicate with the RN and care team. Qualifications: * Active state CNA certification. * Reliable transportation for home visits. * 1 year of Hospice or home care experience What we Offer
