Job Title: Forklift Driver
Location:  Mesa, AZ
Employment Type:  Direct Placement

Compensation:  up to $54,000/yr, depending on experience level
Schedule:  Day shifts open, 12hr and 8hr shifts available

Position Summary:

The Forklift Driver supports internal logistics operations by safely transporting raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Transport materials between warehouse and production lines
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Stage materials to support continuous manufacturing operations
• Perform daily forklift inspections and safety checks
• Maintain accurate inventory movement using tracking systems
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Follow all OSHA and facility safety procedures
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse staging areas

Job Requirements

What you'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs as needed
• Minimum 1 years of experience of driving Forklift
