We are expanding our GAP department and are seeking an experienced professional to join our on‑site team. The role will support core GAP operations and may vary based on experience, strengths, and demonstrated capability.
This is a collaborative, on‑site environment best suited for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable handling responsibility. Who We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a GAP department with an automotive aftermarket warranty TPA
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an on‑site team
• Clear and professional communication skills

Relevant Experience May Include

• GAP claims processing or administration
• Dealer or customer support
• Contract or documentation handling
• Quality review or workflow support
