Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Responsibilities * Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Help manage guest registration and attendee flow. * Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. * Maintain clean and organized event spaces. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Respond to attendee questions professionally and courteously. * Gather attendee feedback and report observations to the team. * Represent the company professionally during all event activities.
