Job Description

A well-established, forward-thinking mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join its growing team. This organization is known for delivering high-quality HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects across commercial and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare competitive bids

Develop and manage project budgets

Collaborate with project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients

Conduct site visits (1-2 days as needed) to evaluate project requirements

Support project execution from pre-construction through completion

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, piping, estimating, and/or project management

Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes and cost structures

Experience with software such as ViewPoint, Spectrum, and FieldWire preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
