Junior Financial Analyst (0 5 Years)

Role Summary:
Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to support business decision-making. Work closely with senior finance team members to analyze financial performance and identify trends.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and dashboards
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and financial trends
• Assist with variance analysis and financial modeling
• Maintain financial data accuracy and documentation
• Collaborate with accounting and business teams

• 0 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analyst roles
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools
• Basic understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Any finance or IT-related certification is a plus

• Onsite and Hybrid positions are available
• Candidate must be located in the US
• No relocation
