Dental Assistant Smile Charlotte

Pay: $25–$30/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the dentist during procedures using 4-handed dentistry
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
• Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Take care of charting, records, and patient flow
• Support scheduling and daily office operations
• Perform expanded duties if certified

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred
• CDA or RDA certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred
• EFDA or radiology certification is a plus
