Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) – Austin

Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 Employee)

Position Summary

Antone's Famous Po' Boys is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Delivery Driver to support our Austin distribution operations. This position is responsible for delivering fresh products to retail and foodservice customers throughout the Austin market while providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries.

This is a full-time employee (W-2) position . Drivers operate company-owned delivery vehicles on established routes and are not independent contractors (1099) .

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working independently, has a strong work ethic, and values a consistent four-day work week. Drivers play a critical role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring Antone's products arrive safely and on schedule.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Early morning start time: 2:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned delivery vehicles on assigned routes.
• Load, transport, and deliver products accurately and on schedule.
• Verify orders before departure and upon delivery.
• Unload and stage deliveries at customer locations.
• Complete delivery logs and required paperwork.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all company safety, food handling, and driving standards.
• Maintain professional and courteous customer interactions.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Must be eligible to drive company-owned vehicles under company insurance guidelines.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving standards.
• Ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, background check, and any other pre-employment screening requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage delivery schedules.
• Previous delivery, route driving, warehouse, or food distribution experience is preferred.
