Your Responsibilities at our Boston Location

• You interpret complex data and analyze results using advanced statistical techniques to provide ongoing strategic reports.
• You develop and implement robust databases and data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• You acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain the integrity of our comprehensive data systems.
• You identify, analyze, and interpret significant trends or patterns within complex and diverse data sets.
• You work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs for the Boston office.
• You utilize SQL and Python to streamline data processes and enhance our analytical capabilities.
• You create compelling visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to various stakeholders.
• You participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You bring at least two to five years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• You possess deep technical expertise in data models, database design development, and data mining techniques.
• You demonstrate very good knowledge of SQL and solid experience with Python for data manipulation.
• You are highly proficient in Tableau and have a strong track record in data visualization.
• You have a strong background in statistical analysis and experience using statistical packages for large datasets.
• You offer excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in disseminating information.
• You hold a C1 level of English proficiency for clear communication in our international environment.
