Summary of Work
As a Compliance Officer III, you will be responsible for ensuring BND's adherence to federal banking regulations, state laws, and industry standards. You will also be responsible for developing, testing, and reporting on adherence to federal banking regulations and laws and ensure compliance issues are tracked until resolution is reached. You will need to work in partnership with BND departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration is essential with internal audit and quality assurance partners to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. You will be responsible to coordinate, develop the scope, and review the quality of any outsourced compliance testing. Participation will be required in projects across the Bank to provide compliance consulting for products or services being implemented. This position will need to develop compliance training programs for employees to enhance awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a bachelor's degree with a major in business or finance and four years compliance, audit or other applicable work experience. The hiring agency may substitute another degree major that is more appropriate to the specific job or level. The hiring agency may substitute years of related professional work experience for the education requirement. Direct years of experience may carry more weight than indirect banking experience.
