Vibe Sales is a performance-driven sales organization focused on helping homeowners and renters access community solar programs that provide clean energy savings with no installation required. We’re hiring Community Solar Sales Representatives who want to learn sales fast, get paid for performance, and build real momentum early in their career.
This is not a desk job.
This is not hourly.
This is a commission-based, door-to-door sales opportunity where effort and consistency directly impact income.
You will be working outdoors daily, walking residential neighborhoods, and having face-to-face conversations with homeowners and residents. If you are not comfortable being outside and interacting directly with customers door-to-door, this role will not be the right fit.
Role Summary
As a Community Solar Sales Representative (Producer) at Vibe Sales, you serve as a frontline revenue generator, educating residents on community solar programs, building meaningful conversations, and driving measurable enrollment results.
This is a fast-paced, goal-driven field role for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and serious about personal and professional growth.
You’ll learn a proven sales framework, hit performance benchmarks, and have a clear path to advancement into Builder and Leadership roles within the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Producer, your focus is simple: learn, execute, and produce.
Educating homeowners and renters on community solar programs
Walking neighborhoods and working outdoors daily
Having face-to-face conversations with residents
Explaining clean energy savings programs in a simple, clear way
Assisting qualified customers through the enrollment process
Generating and closing enrollments independently
Representing Vibe Sales professionally in the field
Tracking activity and enrollments in company systems
Staying accountable to performance standards and coaching feedback
No prior sales experience required us to train the right people.
What is Community Solar?
Community solar allows residents to benefit from local solar energy projects without installing panels on their home. Qualified customers can typically receive savings on their electricity bills while supporting renewable energy in their community.
As a Community Solar Representative, your role is to educate customers, answer questions, and help eligible residents enroll.

Commission-only compensation
Paid aggressively per approved enrollment
No income cap
Weekly payouts
Illustrative earnings (not guarantees):
New Producers: $600–$1,200/week once ramped
Consistent Producers: $75K–$100K+ annually

Must be 18+ years old
Reliable transportation preferred
Smartphone required for enrollments and communication
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
