**Job Title: Cannabis Sales Specialist**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring a superior customer experience related to cannabis products. You will leverage your expertise in cannabis to educate and guide customers, ensuring they find the right products to suit their needs while complying with all state and federal regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, topicals, concentrates, and their respective benefits and effects.
- **Sales and Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.
- **Education and Guidance:** Educate customers about the safe and responsible use of cannabis, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the products they purchase.
- **Compliance and Regulation:** Stay updated with state and federal cannabis regulations and ensure all sales activities are compliant with these laws.
- **Inventory Management:** Assist with inventory tracking, including monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring products are displayed appropriately.
- **Relationship Building:** Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with the sales team and across departments to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the cannabis industry.
- Strong understanding of cannabis products and their uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
