Randstad is partnering with a prominent Louisville-based organization to find a meticulous Full-Charge Bookkeeper. This isn't just a data-entry role; we are looking for a financial steward to take true ownership of the day-to-day fiscal health of an established local business. Located in the East End, this contract-to-hire position is 100% onsite, offering a stable, professional environment for someone who thrives in a collaborative office setting The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3–5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
- Experience with Excel (lookups and formulas) is highly preferred
- A solid grasp of GAAP and a working knowledge of Kentucky-specific payroll tax regulations

Responsibilities
- Manage all daily financial entries, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure every penny is accounted for.
- Handle internal payroll cycles, including tax filings, withholdings, and benefit deductions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheets and P&L) for the leadership team to review.
- Collaborate with the external CPA to prepare for annual tax filings and audits.
