We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Bookkeeper to take ownership of our daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, and routine ledger reconciliations from Monday through Friday. In this onsite role, you will put your advanced Excel skills and previous bookkeeping experience to work to ensure flawless financial accuracy for our collaborative accounting team. Responsibilities
- xecute daily accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely vendor payments and accurate customer billing.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions daily to track expenditures, generate financial reports, and analyze numerical data.
- Maintain organized physical and digital financial documentation while collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Demonstrate previous bookkeeping experience and a proficiency in spreadsheets to support the onsite accounting department.
