Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking a Bartender to deliver outstanding beverage service within our Food & Beverage department. This is a guest-facing role for someone personable, skilled behind the bar, and who understands that great hospitality is just as important as a great cocktail.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced bartender who brings professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you'll be the face of our bar program — crafting cocktails, building rapport with members, and working alongside our Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless dining and social experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards
• Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, drink offerings, and daily specials
• Set up, maintain, and break down the bar before and after each shift
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, requisitions, and proper storage
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume service
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends — required for this role

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, club, or upscale environment preferred
• Food handler/food safety certification
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
