Job Description We are looking to add a Barista to our team. The Marketplace at the Sandpearl Resort serves as a place for our guest to refuel or catch their breath for Starbucks coffee, healthy snacks, convenient sundry items, freshly made pastries, and light fare when they need a bite while on the go. Essential Functions: * Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone * Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s * Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays * Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift * Complete all closing side work at end of shift * Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage; * Follow all policies and procedures * Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance * Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform Job Requirements: * High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required * Previous experience a plus Benefits:
