Architectural Designer (2–7 Years Experience) – Central New Jersey

An award-winning and growing architecture and design firm is seeking an Architectural Designer with 2–7 years of experience to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, life sciences, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, retail, and mixed-use projects from concept through construction administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 2–7 years of architectural design experience
• Strong Revit proficiency (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
• Experience producing construction documents and coordinating with consultants
• Knowledge of building codes and construction detailing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

• Assist with projects through all phases of design
• Develop construction documents and technical drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients
• Participate in site visits and construction administration
• Work alongside experienced architects with excellent mentorship and growth opportunities
