Active Directory / Azure 365 Messaging Server Engineer (5,000+ Users)

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Windows, Linux, and VMware ESXi environments
• Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere infrastructure management
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure administration
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
• Strong troubleshooting and advanced problem-solving abilities across enterprise systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments (5,000+ users preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure projects and initiatives

What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain enterprise Active Directory and identity services
• Administer Microsoft 365 and messaging systems across a large user base
• Manage Windows Server environments and Group Policy configurations
• Support virtualization infrastructure using VMware vSphere / ESXi
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, and identity-related issues
• Assist in hybrid cloud operations spanning on-prem and cloud platforms
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects
• Ensure performance, availability, security, and scalability of core systems
