Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our client to support day to day accounting operations and administrative workflows. This role plays a key part in keeping financial records organized, accurate, and accessible while assisting the broader accounting team. The position is based onsite in Lansdale, PA and is a temporary opportunity designed for a reliable professional seeking long term stability and growth in an accounting support environment. Success in this role comes from strong organization, clear communication, and comfort working in a fast paced setting with evolving priorities.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
• Support the accounting team with daily administrative and clerical tasks that contribute to accurate financial operations
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation while ensuring clear internal communication across teams
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using Excel and other accounting tools
• Coordinate information and requests between accounting and related departments to keep processes moving efficiently
• Adapt to changing priorities and procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications and Skills for the Accounting Clerk:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative or assistant experience supporting accounting or finance functions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage and organize data effectively
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to commute reliably to an onsite role in Lansdale, PA
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with limited formal training and evolving processes
